The Dolphins swim all over the Pats

Published by bertman at 4:30 pm under NFL Edit This

Without Tom Brady the New England Patriots were able to string together two wins and was looking for what many people thought a easy third victory, but the 0-2 Miami Dolphins put a stop to that.

Today’s game was all about Ronnie Brown a running back for the Miami Dolphins. He was involved in 5 of Miami’s touchdowns. He would run for 4 touchdowns and pass for 1.

He would have runs for 2 yards, 15 yards, 5 yards, and 62 yards all resulting in touchdowns. His one passing touchdown was for 19 yards. He would end the day with 17 carries for 113 yards and 1/1 for 19 yards.

For the Pats they just had a terrible day. Matt Cassel passed for only 131 yards with one touchdown and one interception. He fumbled once and was sacked 4 times. They only put up 13 points against a team that, on paper, looked like a sure win. Pat fans have yet to see much of Randy Moss who was accountable for 23 touchdowns last season.

The Final score 38-13. The Miami Dolphins defeated the New England Patriots.
