Can the Titans do it?

Published by bertman at 5:58 pm under NFL Edit This

The Tennessee Titans are 10-0 and look like they are going to make a run for an undefeated season. If they do it would be the second team in the past two season to go undefeated in the regular season(Patriots 07-08).

Speaking of the Patriots, this Titans team, to me are not as good as the Patriots team was last year. One reason I think the Titans are still undefeated is because this season there are teams that are just plain horrible that weren’t last year.

Grant it there were some sorry teams last year, but that must have rubbed off on half of the league this year. This season there are two teams with only one win, one teams with no wins, 3 teams with two wins, and 3 teams with 3 wins. Not to mention 3 teams in the NFC North are 5-5. Also the two teams in the Titans division, the Colts and Jaguars, already have more loses than they did last year.

Now I’m not taking anything away from what the Titans are doing. I’m just saying I think the league is much weaker this season compared to last season.

The Titans next 5 games area against the Jets(7-3), Lions(0-10), Browns(3-7), and the Colts(6-4).

The remaining schedule is not a cake walk. I just hope they do not pull a Balitmore and take the Lions lightly.
